Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us at service@evanloti.com before sending an item so we can provide instructions.

Return steps

  1. Email your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. Wait for return instructions before shipping the item.
  3. Pack the item securely and follow the instructions provided.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Contact us if an item arrives damaged or incorrect; we will review the circumstances and explain the available resolution. Items should be returned in their received condition, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Refunds

After an authorized return arrives, we will inspect it and process approved refunds within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
