Shipping Information

We currently offer shipping to customers in the United States. Rates are calculated in USD from the discounted merchandise subtotal.

Shipping options

  • Standard: $5.99 for orders under $50; free for orders of $50 or more.
  • Expedited: $7.99. This option does not promise a specific delivery date.

Timing

Order processing takes 5–10 business days. Standard transit after dispatch is estimated at 10–15 business days. These are separate periods, so total delivery time includes both processing and transit. Carrier delays, customs, weather, or other events may extend transit.

Tracking information is sent when available after dispatch. Please check your shipping address promptly and contact us as soon as possible if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

For a delayed, damaged, or missing parcel, email service@evanloti.com with your order number. Any import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
